    Ingredients

    • lettuce leaves (8)
    • sour cream - nonfat (1/2 cup)
    • salt (1/2 tsp)
    • cooked chicken (2 cup)
    • cottage cheese (1 cup)
    • diced celery (1/2 cup)
    • peanut tosted (4 tsp)
    • onion finely chopped (1/4 cup)
    • chili paste (1/4 tsp)
    • hoisin sauce (3 tsp)

    Preparation mode

    Combine sour cream, hoisin sauce,salt,chili paste, chicken, celery and onion; mix well.
    Lay the washed and dried lettuce leaves on a platter.
    Top each with 1/4 cup chicken salad. Top with a heaping tablespoon of cottage cheese. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Fold up lettuce cups to eat.
