    Ingredients

    • asparagus - fresh (1 pound)
    • onions (1 medium)
    • green pepper (1)
    • salt (¼ tsp)
    • olive oil (2 tbsp)
    • water (¼ cup)

    Preparation mode

    Take out the white part of  asparagus. Put them in microwave save pan. cut  onion and green pepper in slices, arrange over asparagus with salt, olive oil and water.

    Cook 3 minutes in microwave
