    Ingredients

    • onion finely chopped (2)
    • salt (1 tsp)
    • Pepper (1/4 tsp)
    • garlic cloves (2)
    • oregano -ground (1/4 tsp)
    • olive oil (1/4 cup)
    • Beef broth (1/4 cup)
    • minute steaks (1 1/2 pd.)
    • sour oranges (2)

    Preparation mode

    Marinate the steaks with the sour orange juice,salt,and pepper. Slice onion and cook it in hot oil, add garlic and oregano. When tender, add steaks and fry them well. Add broth and rest of marinade. Cook them slowly, until tender. Server them with the sauce.
