    Ingredients

    • self rising flour (3 cups)
    • milk (1 1/2 cup)
    • mayonnaise- nonfat (9 tbsp)

    Preparation mode

    Preheat oven to 425oF

    Place paper baking cups in muffin pans, and coat with cooking spray , set aside.

    In a medium bowl stir together all ingredients  with an electric mixer until creamy,

    spoon batter into pans immediately,  filling cups two-thirds full.

    Bake for 10- 15 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
