    • yuca (2 lbs.)
    • eggs (1)
    • salt (1 tsp,)
    • ground cinnamon (1 tsp.)
    • ground aniseed (1 tsp.)
    • flour - all purpose (1/2 cup)

    Preparation mode

    Peel yucca and cook it in water with salt until tender. Put out the string and mashed yucca. Add whisked egg, cinnamon or aniseed. Knead with flour until it doesn't stick to your fingers and you can make a number 8 shape.

    Fry in hot oil until golden. Serve with syrup.
