Preheat oven at 325oF. Grease 9 x 3 springform pan, dust with graham crackers crumbs. Pour cottage cheese into large mixing bowl. Add cream cheese, with mixer at hight speed beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in sugar, then eggs, with mixer at low speed beat in cornstarch, lemon and vanilla. Beat in margarine and sour cream until smooth.
Pour into pan. Bake about 70 min. or until firm around edge turn oven of. Let cake stand in oven 2 hours. Remove and chill. Remove sides of springform pan, and place cheesecake on a serving plate. Garnish, if desired. |
