Cut chicken into pieces about 2 inch, crush onion, garlic and combine with sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine.
Pour this mixture over the chicken and mix well, leave it with the marinade at least 1 hour.
It can be left in the refrigerator from the previous day.
Place chicken in a baking pan while chicken is cooking put the marinade over them several times.
Bake 30 minutes at 325oF
Serve hot or cold
