    Ingredients

    • pineapple (20 oz can)
    • garlic cloves (2)
    • salt (1/2 teasp)
    • soy sauce (2 tbsp)
    • cornstarch (1 tbsp)
    • chicken brest, split (2 whole)
    • honey (1/4 cup)
    • lime juice (4 tbsp)

    Preparation mode

    Rub chicken with garlic, sprinkle with salt.

    Broil or grill chicken until cooked through (about 10 min. Drain pineapple juice into large saucepan, combine with honey, lime juice, soy sauce and cornstarch. Cook stirring, until thickened, add pineapple slices, heat through.

     Serve pineapple and sauce with chicken.

    Sprinkle with lime peel.
