    Ingredients

    • honey ham cut 1/2" (1/2 pound)
    • turkey breast (1/2 pound)
    • seedless grapes (1 cup)
    • celery stalk (1 cup)
    • apples (1 red)
    • yogurt plain nonfat (2 cups)
    • mustard dijon (2 tbsp)
    • honey (1/4 cup)
    • nutmeg (1/4 tsp)

    Preparation mode

    In small bowl combine 2 cups plain  yogurt low fat, 2 tbsp mustard, 1/4 cup honey  and 1/4 tsp cinnamon and nutmeg. and chill.

    Cut 1/2 inch honey ham and turkey breast, cut celery and red apple, cored.
    In medium bowl combine ham, turkey, grapes, celery and apple. Gently toss with chill dressing.
