    Ingredients

    • yogurt plain nonfat (1 cup)
    • water (1 cup)
    • Yellow corn flour (1 cup)
    • eggs (2 lightly beating)
    • butter (3 tbsps malted)
    • sugar, granulated (4 tbsps)
    • salt (1 tsp)
    • baking powder (1/2 tsp)

    Preparation mode

    Preheat oven to 350oF.   Greased loaf pan a  9 x 5 x 3 , set aside.

    In a medium bowl combine all ingredients, pour into greased pan.

    Bake for 24 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean,  cool in pan on wire racks, remove from pan and cool completely.
