    Ingredients

    • Graham cracker pie crust (1- 8 in)
    • milk (1/2 cup)
    • Coconut flake (1 1/3 cup)
    • sugar, granulated (1 tbsp)
    • cream cheese - nonfat (3 ounces)
    • Cool whip whipped (8 oz)

    Preparation mode

    Combine cream, cheese, sugar, milk and coconut in electric blender container. Cover and blend at medium speed for 30 seconds.

    Fold mixture into whipped topping in a bowl.

    Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Let  stand at room temperature 5 minutes before serving (if necessary) for creamier texture.

    Store any leftover in the freezer.
