Heat butter and saute chopped onion slightly, add flour, salt and pepper diluted in milk . Cook the sauce over low heat stirring constantly until it is thick double cream and see the bottom of the pot to move the cream with the spoon.
Lower it from heat, add the cook wine and ham, toss well. Pour batter into a shallow dish and cool well. Take the dough by spoonfuls, give form patties and wrap them in beaten egg and bread crumbs. Fry until golden brown. If you want to make chicken or meatĀ croquettes, you can use this recipe, instead of ham, use mass of meat or chicken, but must be cooked and ground beforeĀ adding the creamy.
