    Ingredients

    • cabbage shredded (3 cups)
    • red cabbage shredded (1 cup)
    • carrot - shredded (1 cup)
    • onion finely chopped (1/4 cup)
    • cashews roasted (1/4 cup)
    • Vinegar - white wine (1/4 cup)
    • pineapple juice (1/4 cup)
    • mustard dijon (1 tbsp)
    • salt (1/8 tsp)
    • pineapple tidbits (8 oz)

    Preparation mode

    Combine cabbage, red cabbage, carrot, onion, cashews and pineapple in a medium bowl, toss gently.

    Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients; stir well.  Add to cabbage mixture, and toss gently. Cover and chill thoroughly.
