    Ingredients

    • fish fillets (2½ lb)
    • flour - all purpose (1½ cup)
    • garlic cloves (3)
    • salt (1/2 tsp)
    • lemon juice (2 tbsp)
    • oregano -ground (½ tsp)
    • Pepper (1/8 tsp)
    • vegetable oil (1 cup)

    Preparation mode

    Mash garlic cloves and mix well with salt, lemon juice, oregano and pepper and marinate the fish in it for 1 hour.


    Flour the fillets and fry them in heated oil.  Or  you can grill the marinate fish.

    While  peel and cut broccoli and carrot and cook  in microwave for 5 minutes, until tender.

    Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
