Mash garlic cloves and mix well with salt, lemon juice, oregano and pepper and marinate the fish in it for 1 hour.
Flour the fillets and fry them in heated oil. Or you can grill the marinate fish. While peel and cut broccoli and carrot and cook in microwave for 5 minutes, until tender. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice. Similar recipes |
