    Ingredients

    • eggs (5)
    • ham (8 oz)
    • cooked chicken (8 oz)
    • Rice (1 pound)
    • salt (1/8 tsp)
    • vegetable oil (3 tbsp)
    • onion finely chopped (1 medium)
    • soy sauce (¼ cup)

    Preparation mode

    Cook white rice with a little salt, oil and water. Meanwhile make thin tortillas with eggs and salt. Cut tortillas into thin strips, cut ham and chicken into dice.

    In a casserole put oil and fry onion, add cooked rice and saute all, add the tortillas, ham and chicken mix well, add soy sauce, stirring constantly to coat with the sauce and the other ingredients.
