    Ingredients

    • water (1 cup)
    • baby carrots (1/2 lb.)
    • salt (1/2 tsp)
    • brown sugar (3 tsp)
    • sugar, granulated (3 tsp)
    • butter (3 tbsp.)

    Preparation mode

    Scrape carrots and cut into thin strips.
    In a flat pan 
    put the salt and water, when start a boil add the carrots. Cover  and let   boil for 5 minutes.


    Drain; add the sugar and butter cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.


    serve hot.
