Preheat oven to 325oF. Coat a bundt pan with cooking spray
Mix 2 cups flour with baking powder, set aside. In a large bowl beat cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla, add eggs one at a time, beating well each time you add another.Gradually beat in flour on low speed until well blended. Pour 1/3 of this mixture into a mold.
Peel and diced the mango and mix with the rest flour, incorporate it into the remaining batter and pour inside the mold.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, cool in pan on wire racks 10 minutes; remove from pan, cool completely on wire rack.
Sprincle powder sugar just before serving.
