    Ingredients

    • ground beef (1/2 lb)
    • ground pork (1/2 lb.)
    • canola oil (2 tbsp.)
    • onion finely chopped (1/2 cup.)
    • garlic cloves (5)
    • salt (1 tbsp.)
    • black pepper (1/8 tsp.)
    • oregano -ground (1/2 tsp)
    • cumin ground (1/2 tsp.)
    • bay leaf (1)
    • tomatoes sauce (1 cup)
    • Vinegar - white wine (2 tsp.)
    • cooking wine (1/2 cup)
    • lasagna noodles (1 pqt)
    • mozzarella cheese shredded (8 oz.)
    • cottage cheese (8 oz.)
    • parmesan cheese shredded (8 oz.)

    Preparation mode

    Saute ground beef and pork in a large saucepan with oil over medium heat, stirring for about 2 minutes. Add chopped onions and garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano, bay leave, tomato sauce, vinegar, and cooking wine. Cook on low until a little thick.

    Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions, but don't add salt.

    While noodles are cooking, preheat oven to 350oF.

    Combine mozzarella and cottage cheese.

     Coat a 13x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Spread 1/2  cup sauce mixture over bottom of dish, top with 3 noodles, 1 1/2 cups sauce mixture; repeat layers two more times. Top off with noodles. Spread with remaining sauce mixture and Parmesan cheese.

    Coat aluminum foil with cooking spray, place over lasagna, coated upside down. Bake 40 minutes.
