    Ingredients

    • sugar, granulated (2 cups)
    • powdered sugar (1 pound)
    • butter (1/4 pound)
    • cream cheese - nonfat (8 ounces)
    • vanilla (1/2 tsp)
    • self rising flour (2 cups)
    • pineapple -crushed (can-20 ounces)
    • eggs (2)
    • walnut coarsely chopped (1 cup)

    Preparation mode

    Preheat oven to 350oF. Grease a 13x9x2 pan,  set aside.

    In  large bowl combine the flour sifted three times and then measure the sugar, eggs and baking powder.

    Add to this mixture, involving the nuts and pineapple.

    Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 50 minutes.

    in a medium bowl  with an electric mixer, beat  cream cheese, butter,  sugar confectioner  and vanilla.

    Pour  mix  over cake when  it is hot, do not put in the fridge
