Pour boiling water over gelatin powder in a medium bowl and mix it with a whisk until completely dissolved. Add ice cubes and stir until gelatin is slightly thickened. If any ice has been frozen, remove. Add cool whip and blend until everything is well blended, add the peaches, peeled and cut in tidbit. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until mixture is thick enough to pass it.
Placing it with a spoon over the pie crust. Refrigerate 3 hours or until curd.
