In a skillet heat up tortilla.In a heated tortilla place 1 slices of cheese, 3 slices pepperoni and a teaspoon sauce.About 1 1/2 inches from the bottom edge of the tortilla.
Fold the bottom of the tortilla over the fillings, then fold insides to close off edges, continue rolling tortilla, dampen final edge and press to seal.
Fry in heated oil until golden and crispy.
Serve with additional sauce for dipping.
