    Ingredients

    • green beans (1 lb)
    • potatoes fresh (1 1/2 lb)
    • parsley flakes (2 tsp)
    • italian seasoning dried (2 tsp)
    • onions (1 medium)
    • extra virgen olive oil (4 tbs)

    Preparation mode

    Peel and wash potatoes, divide the potato in cubes and boil them with salt until tender, drain.

    Remove both ends of the green beans, cut them about one inch long and cook them until tender.

    Drain the green beans and mix them with the potatoes.

    Sprinkle it with parsley flakes and Italian seasoning.

    In a skillet saute the onion with oil, add it to the potatoes and green beans and mix well to join all the flavors.
