Chop the chicken into medium
size pieces and marinate with black pepper, garlic and onion powder left for 2
hour. Cut bacon into small pieces set aside, cut onion into 8 pieces and garlic
into small pieces.
Fry bacon on oil, add chicken
and stir until golden, add onion and garlic stirring, add cook wine and water
and cook over low heat stirring occasionally until base sauce, stir it well.
Serve over white rice or mashed
