Chop green, yellow and red peppers, jalapeno slices, cucumber without seed, garlic, red onion and cilantrillo. Cut in half tomatoes and devained shrimps, , cubed all seafood meat but scallops.
Wash it and then put in a big salad bowl all this ingredients.
Make a dressing with olive oil, salt, vinegar, lemon and sour orange. Pour over all ingredients into bowl and toss well.
Cover and refrigerate at least a hour.
Make the salad the day before so it get more flavor.
