    Ingredients

    • lobster (1 lb)
    • shrimp peeled & deveined (1 lb)
    • crab (1 lb)
    • scallops (1 lb small)
    • squid (1 lb)
    • cilantro - fresh (1 bunch)
    • cherry tomatoes (1 lb)
    • cucumber (3)
    • garlic cloves (12)
    • red onion - medium size (3)
    • salt (2 tsp)
    • vinegar cider (1/2 cup to taste)
    • lemon juice (1/2 cup to taste)
    • sour orange (1/2 cup to taste)
    • extra virgen olive oil (3 cups)

    Preparation mode

    Chop green, yellow and red peppers, jalapeno slices, cucumber without seed, garlic, red onion and cilantrillo. Cut in half tomatoes and devained shrimps, , cubed all seafood meat but scallops.

    Wash it and then put in a big salad bowl all this ingredients.

    Make a dressing with olive oil, salt, vinegar, lemon and sour orange. Pour over all ingredients into bowl and toss well.

    Cover and refrigerate at least  a hour.

    Make  the salad the day before so it get more flavor.
