Chop or grind shrimp peeled and deveined, onion and garlic.
Add bread crumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Form into 1" balls. Roll balls in flour.
Chill for at least 1 hour. Heat oil in fry all.Deep fry balls a few at a time until golden brown.
Drain in basket. Repeat.
