    Ingredients

    • Vinegar - white wine (3 tbs)
    • orange juice (2tbs)
    • soy sauce (2 tsp)
    • Pepper (1/8 tsp)
    • salt (1/8 tsp)
    • parsley - chopped fresh (2 tbs)
    • shallot (1)
    • spinah baby (6 cups)
    • red onion - medium size (1)
    • orange (1)
    • tomatoes (1)
    • walnut coarsely chopped (1/3 cup)
    • olive oil (1/4 cup)

    Preparation mode

    In small bowl combine vinegar, juice, soy sauce, salt and pepper; gradually whisk in oil. Stir in parsley and shallot finely chopped. In bowl toss spinach  with onion thinly sliced. Peeled and cut into segments an orange and cut tomato into thin wedges.

    Arrange orange and tomato over spinach; sprinkle  with walnuts. Stir dressing; drizzle over salad and  gently toss.
