    Ingredients

    • squid (2 lbs)
    • extra virgen olive oil (1/2 cup)
    • garlic cloves (3)
    • onions (2 cups)
    • parsley - chopped fresh (1 cup)
    • red wine (1 cup)
    • vinegar cider (1 tsp)
    • salt (2 tsp)

    Preparation mode

    Clean the squid, taking the bag of ink and reserve. Cut the squid into small pieces and saute in oil with garlic and onion.

    Stir in parsley and remaining ingredients. Take a little of the sauce and add the crushed ink bags.  

    Drain and add ink to squid, let them cook well and simmer covered for about an hour.
