    Ingredients

    • pork meat (1 lb)
    • garlic cloves (2)
    • lemon juice (3 tbsp)
    • vegetable oil (1/4 cup)
    • onions (1 medium)
    • green pepper (1)
    • tomatoes sauce (1/2 cup)
    • cooking wine (1/4 cup)
    • ground corn (3 cups)
    • water (4 cups)
    • salt (taste)
    • black pepper (1/4 tsp)

    Preparation mode

    Cut meat into medium pieces and marinate with garlic and lemon, saute the meat   . and add enough oil to make a sauce with onion, green pepper, tomato sauce and cook wine, and cook.

    Mix the corn with water. drain and add with meat and sauce add salt and black pepper to taste, cook for about 1 hour stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

    Serve hot
