Soak the cod 10 hours before usage. Change water and cool until tender, remove from water and shred into large pieces.
In a flat pan in the bottom place the potatoes cut in slices, cover with cod, onions rings, crushed garlic, green peppers strips, water, cooking wine, oil and tomatoes sauce, leave it on medium heat until potatoes are cooked.
Serve with fried bread and garnish with red peppers.
