Prepare brownie mix as package directs. Spread half of batter evenly in greased 9" round cake pan. reserve remaining batter. In 1 quart bowl, beat cream cheese with eggs and sugar until smooth.. Mix in 1 cup of the walnuts; pour over brownie batter in pan.
Gently dollop with remaining batter to nearly cover cheese mixture. Sprinkle top with remaining walnuts. Bake at 350oF for 55 - 60 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
