    Ingredients

    • thyme leaves (1/2 tsp)
    • basil leaves (1/2 cup)
    • yogurt plain nonfat (1 cup)
    • extra virgen olive oil (1tbsp)

    Preparation mode

    In a small bowl combine yogurt, basil, oil and thyme. Mix well.

    Season to taste with plenty  of vegetables.

    May also be used as a potato topping or salad dressing.
